SHIPPING
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Due to Covid-19, All orders may take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, it depends on the immediate availability of what you ordered and how USPS shipping times are affected during the pandemic. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates are flat rate, currently based on weight of the items purchased. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If a larger sized flat rate shipping method is required we will invoice you the shipping difference. (This is very common on international orders)
We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. We will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.
Holidays also will increase shipping time.
==> Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 10 business days during this time. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided. Please be sure to provide us your best email and don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders. As a reminder, items may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive as stated at the top of our website and in the confirmation email.
Do You Refund Shipping Fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it.
To report a damaged item, please use the following process:
1) Contact our Customer Care team via the email at info@skydistrict12.com
2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
ORDERS
How Can I Return My Order?
Due to Covid-19 we are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds for wearable items. Any rare exceptions will be to the discretion of our staff team. Please be sure to double check all items in your cart BEFORE checking out.
In the case of an exception, all exchanges will be subject to a $15 processing fee. Any requests for an exception must be made within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). Once again, exceptions are not guaranteed.
I Placed An Order, Where's My Confirmation?
If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
To check your orders, log into your account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
